What Causes Popping When Pressure Is Applied On Radius?

had bicep reattach with titanium button through radius. removed hardware due to popping/catching in elbow/forearm... now popping is still apparent and more so when pressure on radius is applied. also unable to suppinate and pronate wrist without considerable pain. unable to pronate and suppinate is still off by approx. 30%. cramps at all attempting to use and goes for typing this as well. doc gave mmi and work comp dumping me per his decision 5 days post op hardware removal. doc stated dardware causing issues, though issues now worse than before. now doc states scarring is issue.
