What Causes Positive On A Random Drug Test?

I take a number of medications including lortab, flexeril, ibuprofin 800, naprosyn 500, wellbutrin, amatriptyline and some steroides, is there any way any of those, or any of those in combination with my stacker 3 diet pills will cause me to test positive on a random drug test?
