What Causes Post Coital Bleeding With Yellow Cervical Discharge?

i have had 2 episodes of post coital bleedeing this cycle with the later being bad,visited gp today who says that i have a slight yellow cervical discharge . what does this sound like????? have been reffered but wondering if i should go private and be seen quicker
