What Causes Post Coital Bleeding?

I'm 40 years old and the three times my partner and I have had foreplay before actual intercourse I bleed an extreme amount and it looks like a murder scene. It seems to happen after I have an orgasm. What could my problem be? I'm on Aygestin to stop periods due to the fact that they are terrible and my hemoglobin has dropped and is dropping.

Post coital bleeding is totally abnormal.
Consult your Doctor for local examination & get pap smear done to rule out cervical carcinoma.
