What Causes Post Nasal Drip Despite Taking Antibiotics?

I have had a runny nose for almost 4 months now I have tried clartin, Zyrtac, nasel sprays and a round of antibodices but nothing seems to help. The liquid is clear and happens went I look down or bend my head down or I'm laying down and get up it runs down the back of my thoat too.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain chronic post nasal drip can be due to causes like Chronic Sinusitis, Allergic Rhinitis, Chronic Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, acid reflux etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you a throat swab culture, nasal swab culture,sputum culture, MEO of sinuses and allergic testing to rule out the cause of post nasal drip and treatment according to cause..
As of now steam inhalation, saline nasal irrigation and continue taking anti allergics and mucolytics like Ambroxol..
