What Causes Post Nasal Drip While On Spironolactone-Hydrochlorothiazide?

I have chronic sinus post nasal drip down the back of my throat. After testing for the usual things, I don t seem to be allergic to anything usual and I don t have an infection. Could spironolactone/hydrochlorothiazide possibly be causing this?

hi no i donot think that these medication would be the cause of these medication as these are just diuretics

but u might be allergic to these
or there is some defect in ethemoid plate in your nasal floor

please go for MRI n 3D ct san image
