What Causes Post Nasal Drip While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I am 37 years old. I have always had sinus issues my whole life. For about a week and a half now my nose has been constantly running. But not like I have a stopped up nose. I am clear except for my left nostril has been like leaking a drop of fluid every few minutes and whenever i bend over. Never experienced this in all my years of sinus and allergy problems. What could this be?

Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of allergic rhinitis is more likely. Better to consult ENT doctor and get done a clinical examination. You may need intranasal steroid spray containing fluticasone.

You will also need montelukast and levocetirizine combination at night. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
