What Causes Postcoital Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I have a polop as Iv been told, which bleeds sometime quite heavily after sex, we lost our last baby so panic more than ever now, just happened again, bleed I mean, used a home heart monitor to check if baby Ok as been quiet today, heart beat Ok, I m 31 weeks so just want some advice, can this induce labour closer to time or is it worth still being seen

Dear madam,I understand your concern.polyps are one of the causes for antenatal bleeding.this doesn't induce any labour but of course loss of blood will leave you anaemic and its complications like preterm labour,growth retardation of baby.you need not worry just take iron supplements ,and iron rich food like jaggery,green leafy vegetables,onion stalks,dates and liver and also avoid intercourse.check your Hb level at required intervals.
