What Causes Posterior Knee Pain And Difficulty In Walking?

For past 5 days when I wake in the morning the bottom half of my leg behind my right knee is so painful I can barely walk or put any weight on it. After gently moving and trying to walk on it as much as possible it eases the pain and then ok for the rest of the day. Same thing each morning after sleeping all night then getting up and the pain is there.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem can be due to osteoarthritis. X ray of knee joint in 2 projection will be helpful to rule out this. Ibuprofen and muscle strengthening exercises will be helpful.
thanks
