What Causes Pounding Pain At The Back Of The Head?

I was coughing very hard in the night couple of days ago and suddenly there was a throbbing/pounding pain in the back of my head which last for a few minutes. The same happened yesterday while I was having an orgasm...lasted about 5-7 minutes. Is this something serious needing an ER visit. Otherwise I m fine, eating fine, sleeping fine etc.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptom of pain at the back of your neck I am strongly believe that you have a condition called cervical spondylitis
In view of this please do an x-ray of the neck and see an orthopaedic surgeon with the result
Moreover please take the following
Tablet nurofen
Tablet cerebrex
Tablet Athrotec
Topical neurogesic cream
I hope this helps
