OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding after9 months of amenorrhea can be just the premenopausal bleeding. However, other causes of abnormal bleeding like local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer should be ruled out.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get properly treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
