What Causes Pregnancy Despite Protected Intercourse?

I ve been having sex with protection. And the one day I used the morning after after unprotected sex. I m on diet pills eurozone and auto immune medication for lupus. Metratrxate. I am also on tranquilizers cause I can t sleep. And anti anxiety meds. I last had my period 2 weeks ago. But did a pregnancy test and it was positive. Pls advise

Can you please tell me what is eurozone? Because I am thinking of drug interactions.
As such methotrexate and tranquilizers are not affecting i-pill metabolism, my concern diverts to the eurozone.
Other thing is that all the contraceptive methods are are not 100% effective always. So there may be chance of failure of contraceptive method.
You said about checking pregnancy after 2 weeks. As far as pregnancy is concerned wait till next menstruation. If it not occurs within stipulated time, repeat the pregnancy test to confirm the status. Otherwise you can consult gynecologist right now, who by doing usg confirm about the pregnancy.
