What Causes Pregnancy Like Symptoms?
i was having alot of signs of pregnancy such as needing to urinate alot morning sickness, feeling tired alot, frequent headaches tender breasts strange cravings but i came on my period yesterday, is it possible i could be pregnant are do i just have an illness?

If you started bleeding yesterday after your routine 28-30 cycle then it may not be pregnancy and if it was delayed bleeding then possibility of missed abortion can not be ruled out. then there's no way that you could be pregnant. However, are you absolutely sure its your period and not just a mild discharge? Because if it is mild discharge (that could be mistaken for period) then there are chances you could be pregnant. If the bleeding is heavy and continues for over 3 days, then it is your period, & in that case you are not pregnant.
