What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms After Having A Miscarriage?

i had a suspected miscarriage on the 11th nov but i have to wait untill tomorrow to get my blood results back, although ipassed 2 large clots on the 11th and contiued to bleed untill 16th is there a chance i could still be pregnant as i still have the symtoms
