Hallow Dear,

The implant you have contains Progestational compound. Progesterone does cause nausea, stomach acidity resulting in to cramps, breast engorgement with tenderness.

Implants are fairly good contraceptive methods. It need not give negative results of pregnancy test in pregnancy. All your symptoms are due to progesterone in the implant.

I hop this helps you.
