What Causes Premature Ejaculation Along With Pain In Penis?

Dear sir, I am 28 yrs old. I am single. But when I go out for sex for the first time erection is properly hard but within just few minutes 1 or 2 semen comes out....and after that my testis start to pain a little and it takes half or an hour for next erection but that time the erection is not so hard.......suggest me any treatment for this.....

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to any disease but it could be just nonspecific one means it may be due to some over conciousness, over excitement, it is not the erectile dysfunction, if the pain persist then you have to get done the semen analysis and ultrasonography of testes hope this information helps.
