What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Dysfunction While On Dialysis?

I was on dialysis, and received my 3rd kidney transplant in 2013! I ve been dealing with this fir 18 yrs now! I had my parathyroid partially removed also in 2013 do to high phosphorus! My transplant is working fine, but I m having a case of mild erectyle dysfunction, and severe premature ejaculating. Is there any connection!

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the premature ejaculation then it is not due to the medical condition that you have but this could be due to some functional condition still better to have a word with urologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
