What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Dysfunction?
Im a 37 year old male been having health issues since last year, it might be do to bad gallbladder, but since 3 months ago I have notice that I stared having a lot of premature and ejaculation and just recently I started having a lot erection problems as well, could this be do to the gallbladder or where where this be coming from?

Most probably this could be due to stress and psychological upset .
The stress may be due to your physical illness or other issues of your day to day life.
there are some medications which may cause erectile problems as the side effects .
It will be helpful if you give the list of medications you are using currently .
Try to be relaxed and cool when you are involved in the sexual act with your partner .
try to keep a gap of few days in between each exual activity .
