What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi..... myself aged 30, unmarried & not sex till now. For the recent few months I noticed the following issues on my penis: 1. Penis is not strong enough even if i tried to masturbate. Even if I see any love/ kissing scene, my inner wear gets wet soon that too the penis will be in normal condition I mean it get wet even if the penis is not erected. 2. Also no morning wood is seen after getting from bed. 3. Soar and puss like substance (white & bad smelling) over the fore skin from the base & if I press, this white substance comes out & this occurs for the past 1 year. 4. I consulted a urologist earlier, as per his advice I took vitamin E tablets, but the issue persists. I ll soon get married. Please help in resolving this issue for leading a happy married life. Thank You

I really appreciate your concern, no need to worry about the erection because it might not be due to pure erectile dysfunction but it may be due to stress condition, other symptom of discharge need to be ruled out for infection and for that it is better to get done the urine test hope this information helps.
