What Causes Premature Ejaculation During Intercourse?

Sexual Problems Release sperm quickly during sex. Unable to perform sex. How to rectify?I have a problem of quick release of sperm at the time of sex with my wife. I am 25 years old. Height 5 10 and weight 65. I am very frustrated right now for this problem every time. At the time of sex when she touches my penis or sucks my penis, at that moment automatically my sperm is releasing. So please help me. I can t do sex also with her for this problem. Before starting sex only my sperm is releasing. I have acidity problem and asthma also. now I need a very fast recovery from this problem to do a happy sex with her next time.

I can understand your concern. From the history it appears that you have persistent problem of premature ejaculation. In most individuals premature ejaculation occurs due to underlying anxiety during intercourse.

So to prevent the symptoms I'd advise you to spend more and more time in foreplay. This will help in hardening the erection. Try to divert your mind away from sex during intercourse. Just before you are getting ejaculation try to retract back the penis. These non medicinal modalities help to improve symptoms in most of individuals.

If symptoms persist then visit a psychiatrist for help. Medicines like SSRIs as Paroxetine, Sertraline etc can be used. These medicines if used in regular basis help to delay the ejaculation. Anxiety related to intercourse will also decrease with these medicines. Apart from this Dapoxetine which is also a SSRI drug can be used. The drug can even be used on SOS basis also. Visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of these drugs.
