What Causes Premature Ejaculation In A 34 Year Old?

Hi Doc, I'm Tred, 34yrs.old, married. Since a month ago, I have encountered this problem of not being able to last for 5mins in our "intimacy". I easily have an orgasm, and can't get the right timing with my wife's climax. Can you please advice me on this matter?

Hello,

It is not necessary to do sexual intercourse for five minutes to achieve full satisfaction.

Even 3-4 minute duration also can be sufficient to achieve orgasm.

The achievement of female orgasm is always difficult and you can practice more foreplay for her and massage after sex like options.
