I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you are having difficulty in sustaining erection rather than
premature ejaculation.
Kindly do the following to overcome your problem.
1. Practice 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
2. Practice
pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
3. Include in your diet milk, saffron, almonds, papaya, figs and honey, which will help to improve blood flow to penis and help to sustain erection.
4. Decrease your stress and
anxiety by doing
meditation regularly.
5. Take medications like
Sildenafil 30 minutes before intercourse, only when necessary.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem and perform normally.
