What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Hi, i m a 25yearz old guy i never had sex since birth and i never had a romantic relationship until last year. Each time we engage in foreplay i alwayz ejaculate. I come to quickly so i dont know what the problem may be. Please i need your help to overcome this premature ejaculation. I want to have my first sex experience without premature ejaculation. Fankz

extreme sensitivity to sexual stimuli in early stages of sexual relationship can cause premature ejaculation. Although, we need to consider other causes for premature ejaculation such as anxiety disorder, etc. A consultation to psychiatrist can be suggested.
