What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

I have Problems with my sexual organs such as my penis and have little knowledge of why. I premature ejaculate and also I can t be around women without getting an erection. It is so embarrassing and I constantly feel like I need to have sex when my girlfriend is around. Are there any medicines or other things that can help with this? I am 18 years old and I tortures me and depresses me almost 24/7.

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the disease condition that can be treated with medicine but it could be stressful situation and try to come out of this, no need to be over conscious and over excited, just take it easy, be cool and calm hope this information helps.
