Hellow doctor, I am 21 years old, but when I have sex,During round 1, I ejaculate very fast. After ejaculation the penis becomes small, and it take a long time to erect again for the second round. Why is that? And what is the medicine? I feel uncomfotable
What description you have given to be happening is a normal phenomenon and need not worry about it.
To overcome it, kindly do the following:
1. Practice pause and squeeze technique regularly.
2. Practice pelvic floor strengthening exercises regularly.
3. Do meditation regularly to decrease stress and anxiety.
4. Apply local anesthetic medications to decrease sensitivity, if necessary.
5. Eat healthy diet and avoid junk foods.
