What Causes Premature Ejaculation?
hi i'm a 15 year old guy, about 6ft tall and weigh 72kg. my 'problem' is that sometimes i ejaculate without using my hands at all. it happens over something little, maybe a girl i consider 'hot' touching me somewhere in that area, sometimes her touching me at all just triggers it. its not the same sensation as wanking but i feel my penis go wet and when i look down later the evidence is there that i have cummed. should i be worried that my penis finds it that easy to cum? thanks
