What Causes Presence Of Blood In Urine Post Medication For Lymphoma Surgery?
For the last two days I have been taking Cephalexin 500mg for an infection after limpoma surgery near my knee. I just went to the bathroom and showed blood on the toilet tissue but no noticeable blood in the urine. Can taking this medication cause this problem and what should be done. I am unable to reach the doctor who prescribed this medication.

The antibiotics should not cause blood on urination neither in the bowl or on the tissue.
Another cause would need to be found by physical examination and assessment of the urine.
Infection is a common cause but there are other causes such as a stone in the urinary tract, trauma, inflammation etc
