What Causes Presence Of Hard Lump In The Vomit With Abdominal Cramps?

Last night I had what I just assume was food poisoning from something I ate (I am not sure what, though, as my diet was perfectly normal the past few days). I was suffering massive painful cramps and just felt very 'queazy' for a bit, but then threw up and felt fine 5 minutes after. But when I threw up I noticed an unusual a ball (about the size of a pea, maybe a little larger) in the vomit. It had a hard white inside that looked kind of powdery, and just felt very hard with what looked like some yellowish speckles in it. It was also cover in a maybe 3 millimetre thick whitish-clear film. I am wondering if I just somehow missed that something I ate had this inside of it and it just came up with something else my body rejected or if it was something different?

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.after going through your case history it seems that the pea like object that came with vomit was in your food you have consumed.this round object caused your indigestion,bacterial infection causing food poisoning.now it has come out so you will be ok with time and proper antibiotic treatment for food poisoning.my best wishes for you.thank you.
