What Causes Presence Of Red Blood In Stool?

I had a whipped procedure 3 weeks ago. Large tumor. Benign, Alway have had stomach ache since. Feels like an ulcer Or like hunger pains. This mourning I had lots bright red blood in my stool Maybe hemroid? Or should I be concerned something else?

Intestinal condition or diverticular disease also lead to same problem..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
Colonoscopy examination can done if needed...
