What Causes Pressure Above The Right Eyebrow After A Deviated Septum Surgery?

Hi, I had deviated septum surgery along with sinus clearing and adenoid removal about 5 weeks ago. I recently have had really bad pressure above my right eyebrow and in the bridge of my nose. I also have white nasal secretions. Is this normal? What is it?
