What Causes Pressure And Crawling Sensation In My Ear?

For the past month have had severe virtigo spells that last 15-20 minutes, been to family doctor, neurologist, etc. Have had several test MRI/MRA and CT, along with Vestibular testing, keep being told that it is BPVV...However I have ear pressure and when not having a virtigo spell I constantly feeling off balance and being pulled to one side. Have been given antivert to take as needed along with a partch for behind the ear, and at home exercises.. In addition to the ear pressure sometimes I feel like something is crawling in the ear. Overall my life has been turned upside down for the past month without much resolution or feeling better at all.
