What Causes Pressure And Pain Around The Forehead?

Lately when I feel stress and pressure at work top and forehead feels warm and like a headache I was told by urgent care it’s tension headaches how can I make it go away. When I relax at home I feel normal. I had blood test done everything came back good.

In case of a tension headache, most of the test will be normal. It's a clinical diagnosis in which patient having a headache due to stress or workload. Which relieve with proper rest and sleep.
