What Causes Pressure And Pain In Anus Before Passing Stools?

when ever i feel like going to the washroom for #2, i feel pressure pain in my anus ( i believe between the tip of the last bone and the hole of the anus) some times it feels the bone the other times if feels inside there is no blood or constipation, please give advice

I really appreciate your concern, it must the pile condition or just beginning of it, second it could be fissure, it can be due to constipation too, try to drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, do not exert the force at the time of defecation, clinical examination is advisable hope this information helps.
