What Causes Pressure And Pain In The Eye?

Hi, i was recently told to reduce on my sugar intake because results showed that my sugar level was a bit on the high side. My problem now is that when i eat something, i get a pain at the back of my right eye, pressure like pain. What could that possibly be?

you are having diabetes melitus. effect of eye in this case is diabetic retinopathy.anypressure like pain is related to glaucoma fund us examination to observe cup disc ratio and field tracing, measurement of iot be done.if glaucoma is confirmed then treatment should be started.proper management of dibetes by drug and diet control be done.
