What Causes Pressure And Pain On Tailbone After Falling?

Hi I fell from at least 20 feet onto my tailbone. Ever since there is a feeling of pressure, tingling and pain. No abcesses but there is a fecal smell even after I get out of the shower. I have been taking miralax for a week and performed to enemas but the symptoms still remain. What's the next step? Thank you.
