What Causes Pressure And Pain While Urinating?

Ok my boyfriend opend my vagina lips and saw a hole & guessing the hole is where i pee from its right on top of my vagina hole it didnt hurt at all untill i had to pee it feels like i have to pee real bad but it also hurts the pain goes away when i put pressure on it but comes back right away.

There is nothing much to worry about this condition as it can be due to urinary tract infection, so urine routine investigation will be required, start urine alkalizer syrup.
