What Causes Pressure And Popping Sound In The Head?

hi, im 20 years old male and i am feeling pressure on the top right side of my head also i hear wat sounds like popping in my head the pressure last almost all day an has been ongoing for the last two weeks now my eyes sometimes burn an my neck is alittle tight i alos get alittle anxitey attacks please help
