What Causes Pressure And Ringing In The Ear After Using A Pistol?

Hi, I shot a 9mm pistol yesterday around 2 pm. It is now almost 30 hours later, and y left ear has a slight pressure feeling, ringing, and reduced hearing. I forgot ear plugs, and only shot a few rounds before leaving. It was outdoors, not an indoor range. I feel like it has aybe got a bit better throughout the day. It s better than yesterday for sure. What are the odds that this won t go away? I very no pain. But it is annoying. I m 21, and have only done this once before about 2 years ago. Is there anything I can take to speed up the healing to get the pressure/swelling feeling to go away faster, which hopefully fixes it all?
