What Causes Pressure And Spasms Behind Eye Muscle And Dizziness?

Recently, I have had a problem with my eyes. I will feel pressure behind them and then I will get muscle spasms which cause them to cross. It only last about 30 seconds. I also get moments of dizzyness which only last 30 seconds or so. I m 51 y/o and in pretty good health.

It is a neurological problem. It can be migraine. Get your eyes completely examined. vision, refraction measure ment of IOT. Ocular muscle movement fundus examination. Any problem detected should be treated.
