Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pressure and squeaking in ears while breathing through one nostril. Well the symptoms you mention in query are clearly indication a condition known as eustachian tube dysfunction due to upper respiratory tract infection , sinusitis or post nasal drip. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to :
- Avoid intake of cold carbonate liquids.
- You should take steam inhalation on daily basis.
- Apply dry hot compresses to external ear .
- Take steam twice a day to relieve the congestion .
- Do warm saline gargles .
Consult ENT specialist again to rule out causer like ear infection, meniere' disease or wax buildup . Doctor may prescribe mucolytic agent , decongestant and antibiotics.
