What Causes Pressure And Stinging Sensation In Vaginal Tract?

I have a pressure and stinging sensation either in my vaginal tract or Urineary tract, can t tell for sure. No problem or stinging when I pree. Urine test come out normal. Had a slight yeast infection which I treated two times. I am 63 and need to loose some weight. 25 lbs
