What Causes Pressure And Swelling In Eye Along With Blood Drainage?

I woke up Monday with blood in my eye. from what I read it is a common problem, but I don t know how it happened in my sleep. It s been 4 days now and I m feeling pressure and it doesn t seem to be getting any better. I did read that aspirin can cause this problem, and as I have taken Excedrin everyday for years because of headaches.. This worries me. I have sworn off of Excedrin now but am a little scared of hat I might have caused myself. My eye area seems to be swollen. I am wondering could I have a brain bleed/ I don t usually go to drs on a regular basis, in fact it s been 7 years since I have seen a Dr. Any advice would be great. Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be actual bleeding but it could be redness due to prominent vascularity and it may be due to allergic disorders (Inflammatory condition ) some time may be due to untreated hypertension excessive sleep, and others but it is not the brain bleeding it is better to ruled out the causes if symptoms persist, hope this information helps.
