What Causes Pressure And Swelling In The Gum?

I have nothing but broken tteth on the bottom right hand side of my mouth, in the past few days it has begun to swell causing extreme pressure on the side & front of my mouth, in the last 12 hours it has swollen so much i cannot chew or open my mouth to its full extent,...how serious can this become if left in-treated?

Infection of that broken tooth lead to swelling of gums...
Abscess or periodontal abcess may lead to problem...
Before diagnose any thing first consult a dentist for oral examination ...
X ray of affected tooth is helpful for further diagnosis..
Infection of tooth is present than antibiotics course helpful...
If tooth is broken and not save by rct than extraction can done...
