What Causes Pressure Around The Eyes And Jaws Along With Nose Bleeding?

On Monday I started with what I thought was a sinus infection because of sinus pressure around my eyes and jaw soreness. Also, there was blood and green mucous discharge coming from my nose. I went to the Minute Clinic where antibiotic Augmenten was prescribed. Since then, I have developed aches and pains all over my body, particularly my head, arms and legs. Reminds me of when I had mono in college or a light flu. No fever though, just feeling a little chilled even though weather is nice outside. Also I eat a low sodium diet because on my Miniere s so I also thought maybe too low on sodium but I have eaten pack of cheese crackers yesterday evening and peanut butter on saltines today. No improvement on the aches and pains. I did take my annual flu shot on October 3rd and Allergy shots on October 4th and 11th. Baffling to me. I have an appointment with my ENT tomorrow at 11:30.
