What Causes Pressure Around The Skull Along With Distorted Vision?

I am Bulimic and have been for nearly a year. Today I induced vomit and during this episode I felt a tight pressure around my skull and my vision went shaky and I nearly fell over. After I was done I was extremely lightheaded, shaky, and had heart palpitations. This was 30 minutes ago, currently I still have this tightness around my skull and I am very jittery, should I be concerned? Should I go to the ER? Did I have a seizure or something of the sort? Also, I had my blood taken two weeks ago, and it had no abnormalities so I am not so sure if it could be an electrolyte imbalance.

Regarding your experience with light headadness dizziness fainting attempt shaky heart palpitation following a history of bulimia induced vomiting I am suggesting strongly that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Hypovolemia
Anemia
Hypertensive disease
Intracranial tumor

In view of this please check your blood pressure and do the following test
CT SCAN
LUMBER PUNCTURE
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG

Meanwhile please see a cardiologist specialist and neurologist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment Councelling as well as adequate drug prescription
