What Causes Pressure Behind Right Eye, Hearing Of Echoes And Discomfort In Neck?

Here are the symptoms: Pressure behind right eye, (socket), hearing echoes when I or others are talking, (this just started today), discomfort at the base of my head and neck, right side of head feeling sensitive to the touch and a couple of weeks ago, I was giving someone directions and every time I tried to say Plymouth my speech slurred.

Your problem seems to me because of Migraine or hemi cranial headche. try with simple analgesics like paracetamol tablets , if not improving then consult neurophysician. Actually there will be a precipitating factor if migrainous and you need to avoid it. Sotry to find out from next time what has gone ODD that day where it has started.
