What Causes Pressure Behind The Head?

i have been having lots of pressure in the back of my head for sometime when I stand up then it lasts then whenI lay down it eases up.I had a cat scan done said just signs of old age. The pressure won t go away and it is constant I have a cold sweat in my fore head with it. I am 74 yrs old and I have infaexemia and I use advair breather. The Dr i go to can t seem to help me I get very irretable with because I can t get releif I don t have e-mail. here is my sons e-mail
