Took baby asprin and a 25 mg metoprolol from March is ident. Was very tired .. Also many days with out a good notes sleep, drinking Lots is lemonaid and can soda.
* As per my clinical experience, the pressure feeling around neck with radiation towards back indicate possible issue with cervical spondylosis most likely.
* Tiredness may be in part with possible anemia or general debility and deficiency of vitamins, minerals or calcium most likely.
* An alternate diagnosis of diabetes with systemic manifestations of osteoporosis of age related changes are of corner stone for the condition of this type of presentation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
