What Causes Pressure In Chest Area With Difficulty Breathing?

Hello I am experiencing trouble with breathing and a heavy pressure in my chest I also should mention that I have a lesion on my penis that will not seem to leave I have tried everything as topical ointment doesnt do the best against it I m seeking medical attention for respiratory factors but I do feel as if though that my problem is deeper routed please help I can give additional info as well my symptoms mimic asthma or chronic bronchitis but that would be a strange surprise to me because out of the 20 years that I have been living on this earth I have not experienced any asthmatic symptoms I feel like that asthma is avail the doctors are throwing on me to give me medicine such as prednisones metacarbinol and muscle relaxers please help

Well come to HCM
Such respiratory symptoms could be due to allergic condition and some time this could be more prominent with the emotional stress some time this could be due to hyper secretion of acid in gastric region, you have not exactly mention the nature of lesion of penis
for the respiratory symptoms you can try
Tab Loratadine once in day
Tab kitotifen once in day after meal
for the local application of penis "Povidone Iodine" ointment is best,
