What Causes Pressure In Chest, Arm, Shoulder And Neck?

been having chest pressure and on and off pain going into right arm and shoulder and neck, been going on for over a week now ruling out any possible injury. I have been through multiple ekg with no issues except high blood pressure which was 181/84 today at lunch with the issue present. Any thoughts?

your blood pressure is in higher side but it is only systolic. itshows you are having anxiety neurosis. since ecg is normal it can be cervical spondilosys, costochondritis or simply myalgia. can have checkup by physician should have proper sleep and change of life style with regular morning walk.
